Our customers are our number 1 priority. In the unlikely circumstance there is any dispute, All we ask is for you to please work with us to resolve the matter. We are here to help and we will strive to resolve any problems with the least amount of fuss and time. We "Thank You" in advance.
Change of mind
We are sorry but we do not accept returns or exchanges and we don't offer refunds if you change your mind on the product that you have ordered. This includes all sale items including bundles (eg: The Starter Kit etc).
Refund of Defective, Damaged or Wrong Products
We stand by the quality of our products. Your product satisfaction is our priority. Immediately upon delivery of your items. Please inspect your order and contact us (within 7 days of delivery - See Our Returns Policy under Returns below here) if there is a manufacturing fault, any item is defective, damaged or the wrong item has been delivered. We will arrange a replacement or refund of the affected products if applicable. NOTE: We will require photos of the affected items and packaging at time of your notification to us.

Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from notification of delivery. If more than 7 days have gone by since receipt of delivery of goods, unfortunately we can not guarantee you a refund or exchange.
Contact, Banking & Delivery Details
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Postage Cost of Returns
The return postage costs of any items that are faulty or incorrectly sent is the responsibility of the customer . HOW EVER, If an item/s needs to be returned to our premises. Once the item/s have been received and inspected, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the items are faulty or incorrectly sent, you will receive a full refund of the returned item/s including postage into a nominated bank account. If a refund is applicable, you will receive from Chicki Babes a bank deposit form for you to fill out and return to our office by email. We will then fully refund the applicable costs to you.
NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable
When shipping your item/s back to our premises, It is recommended to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. We are sorry but sale items cannot be refunded.
Application of your nails
We understand that semi-cured gel nail stickers are new nail technology and application may require a bit of practice. If you are having issues applying our nails, please refer again to the steps on our website under - How To Apply on the home page under Gel Nails.
